Job description

This position is listed at the following store location: Eatontown - 90 Route 36

The Cashier & Customer Service Associate position primarily involves clerical duties and customer service within our retail showroom office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
2. Handling heavy phone work, including answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers regarding showroom business.
3. Calling customers to confirm order status, delivery, and product service.
4. Operating and balancing the computerized cash register.
5. Data entry using the company's point of sale system and other programs to process sales and customer inquiries.

Must be flexible with hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate retail schedules.

Additional requirements:

• Ability to perform various office activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service skills for interactions via phone and in person.
• Cashier and computer experience are a plus.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
