Role Description the Cashier Customer Service role is a full-time or part time, on-site position located at either Heim BBQ in Fort Worth or Weatherford, TX. In this role, the team member will greet guests, take orders accurately, process payments, and provide menu information and recommendations. Daily tasks include managing the cash register, handling cash and card transactions, issuing receipts, and maintaining a clean and organized front counter and dining area. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly, addressing guest questions or concerns, and delivering friendly, efficient service during peak hours. This position requires standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience, with accuracy in processing payments and managing receipts.
