Duchess is hiring a Cashier Team Member for mid-day shifts at 1626 Sawmill 270, offering full-time and part-time opportunities. We’re seeking friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and being part of a community.

You will welcome customers, process transactions using modern POS systems, keep the store clean, stock shelves, and promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards to customers.

Qualifications

• Retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Comfort with technology and modern POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and accept payment methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized store both inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find items.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards and loyalty program.
