Job summary

Total Wine & More in Glendale, WI is hiring a Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and across the store. You will process transactions, greet customers, promote the loyalty program, and help customers with product knowledge.

You may also be assigned as a sales associate or merchandiser. Responsibilities include handling payments, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting the team with additional duties. Training on wine/beer is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized service to build relationships.
• Promote loyalty program and inform customers about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, advertisements, and in-store programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
• Perform cross-functional duties as needed and support the team.
