Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; additional education a plus.
• 1–3 years of work experience in retail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver fast, friendly service and answer customer inquiries.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with sign-ups.
• Provide product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and store policies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in the store.
