Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent customer service and promoting programs that drive sales.
• Checkout Standards - Completes checkout processes, handles returns, and maintains signing and merchandising at checkouts.
• General Operations - Assists with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance, participates in annual inventory processes.
• Performance Standards - Supports shrink and safety initiatives and meets role performance standards.
