Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Cashier to greet customers, scan items, verify pricing, redeem coupons, and keep the checkout area clean and organized while representing Blain’s Culture.

This full-time role offers benefits after 91 days, holidays and birthday time off, and a 401(k) with company match, plus weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr and base pay up to $15.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Perform Self-Checkout attendant duties as needed.
• Handle customer care duties including returns and answering the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet customer when entering and leaving the store.
• Greet customers at the checkout line.
• Scan each item and ensure pricing is accurate.
• Redeem in-store and manufacturer coupons.
• Replenish merchandise in the checkout area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Encourage Blain’s Rewards Mastercard applications and Loyalty sign-ups.
• Assist at customer care, Self Checkout, and the sales floor when required.
• Follow all policies related to finance, safety, HR and legal.
