Primary Purpose of Job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact productively with fellow employees.
• Work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Perform mathematical calculations for store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons and soft drink containers.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Tolerate exposure to cleaning products and sanitizers.
• Clean windows and change gas price signs.
• Sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, and handle trash.
• Clean the parking lot and store grounds.
• Work in a cooler up to 45 minutes at 36-40°F.
• Work in a freezer up to 10 minutes at 0°F.
• Learn and work on a computer.

Work Hours

This hourly position's schedule is determined by store management. It may be full or part-time with no guaranteed hours. Availability for any shift is required.

Additional Duties

Perform similar or related duties as assigned.
