Primary Purpose of Job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
2. Work and stand for up to eight hours.
3. Read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
4. Perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.
5. Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
6. Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons and soft drink containers.
7. Stock shelves and coolers.
8. Retrieve merchandise for customers.
9. Tolerate exposure to cleaning products and sanitizing solutions.
10. Clean windows and change gas price signs.
11. Sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and remove trash.
12. Clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
13. Work in a cooler for up to 45 minutes at 36-40°F.
14. Work in a freezer for up to 10 minutes at 0°F.
15. Learn and work on a computer.

Work Hours

This is an hourly position with flexible scheduling determined by store management. It may be full or part-time, with no guaranteed hours, and requires availability for any shift.

Additional Duties

Perform similar or related duties as required or assigned.
