You’ll learn all menu items through in-store training and may see wage increases up to $0.50 after training completion. You will greet guests warmly, take orders at the POS, explain the menu, and ensure accurate order entry.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package menu items to company standards.
• Responsible for prepping all food items to company standards.
• Responsible for holding and storing all food items to follow food safety guidelines & company standards.
• Regularly keeping restaurant stocked with necessary items to run smooth shifts
• Generates additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest.
• Enter guests orders accurately into the POS system.
• Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests.
• Explain menu and answer product questions for all guests.
• Informs management when any back-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed.
• Responsible for keeping restaurant clean, including kitchen, storage areas, dining room and back of house areas.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment to company standards.
