Buffalo Wild Wings in Beaverton, OR is hiring Cashiers (Front-of-House Team Members) to join a fun, fast-paced environment where the game-day energy never ends. You’ll greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and help create a memorable dining experience.

Experience in customer service is preferred. Minimum age 16. The role offers full-time opportunities with benefits and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude while ensuring timely seating.

• Make genuine connections/engage guests for a personalized experience.
• Take payments/handle cash drawer and process credit card transactions.
• Apply menu knowledge to suggest items, drinks, and promotions.
• Enter takeout orders into POS system.
• Bag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracy.
• Maintain clean and orderly cashier area and observe safety and sanitation rules.
• Thank guests and solicit feedback about service quality.

What You’ll Do

Full-Time Employees - Other Compensation & Benefits

• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals are based on role classification and years of service:
• Oregon Sick Leave (OSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (up to 40 hours per year).
• Paid Leave Oregon (PLO): Participation in the state-mandated wage-replacement program for family, medical, or safe leave.
• Health & Wellness: Eligible for group medical, dental, and vision insurance the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Retirement: Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) retirement plan.
• Holidays: 7 paid holidays for exempt management.
• Other Benefits: Includes jury duty pay, bereavement leave, and Oregon Military Family Leave (for those averaging 20+ hours/week).

Education / Experience

• Required: Minimum 16 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)
• Preferred: Prior experience in restaurant or customer service role

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable with repetitive hand movements and general activity
