Responsibilities

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude, including answering menu questions.
• Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payments, calculating change accurately.
• Work with the team to prepare cold and hot subs following safety and sanitary procedures.
• Use kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, and slicers safely.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, sweeping floors, washing utensils, and servicing restrooms.
• Communicate effectively with team and management for scheduling, training, and resolving issues.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and according to company standards.
• Maintain a neat appearance by wearing the uniform and following dress code.
