Job summary

Urbane Cafe is hiring friendly cashiers to greet guests, take orders at the register, and help guests choose their favorites. You’ll handle transactions accurately and keep your station clean while supporting the team in a fast-paced setting.

Starting California wages begin at $18.50/hr plus tips, with potential extra tip income. This role offers flexible lunch and dinner shifts and a path to career growth within a growing, family-friendly cafe.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English with guests and team.
• Able to perform simple math calculations and make change.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Be able to reach, bend, lift up to 35 pounds frequently.

• Prior cashier or guest service experience a plus — but we'll train the right person!
