• Greeting, engaging, and assisting customers actively and visibly.
• Processing transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handling various tenders and adhering to company policies on cash handling and restricted sale items.
• Reporting discrepancies, following policies for stamps, gift cards, coupons, and staying current with ads.
• Adhering to food safety and safety procedures, inspecting equipment, and reporting issues.
• Creating a welcoming environment, answering product questions, and complying with laws and company guidelines.
• Managing conflict professionally, acting with honesty and integrity, and supporting customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
