Job description

Job Title: Restaurant Cashier

SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Salt Lake City International Airport. Our portfolio includes local favorites like Rooster's Brewing, Uinta Brewing, Panda Express, and Blue Lemon.

At SSP America, our Restaurant Cashiers are one of our most important customer service roles. Our Cashiers are experts at:

• Making guests' days
• Processing orders quickly and accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and service standards daily

What to Expect as a Restaurant Cashier:

• Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
• Receive payment from customers and process change
• Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks, as well as a variety of food items
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Ensure the work area is kept clean throughout the day
• Clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop the work area, dust and clean
• Perform other duties as assigned
