BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a To Go Specialist/Cashier to help guests place to-go orders and ensure a smooth pickup experience. You will share menu knowledge, assist guests, and uphold friendly service standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role involves working with the team to maintain clean workstations, expedite orders, and handle payments using POS tablets. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, and a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous server or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with to-go orders and provide menu guidance for a great at-home or office experience.
• Support team with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders and running food as needed.

Who We're Looking For....

As a To Go Specialist/Cashier, you will share with our Guests your knowledge of the menu allowing them to have a great experience at home or in their office. We expect you to be punctual, to support your fellow Team Members, and complete side duties that include but may not be limited to bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders and running food.

Education And Experience

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Previous server or restaurant experience preferred

Skills/Competencies/Certifications

• Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
• English language and professional communications skills are required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
• Capable of handling multiple priorities; working calmly under pressure and exercising good judgment
• Ability to utilize tablets, point of sale equipment and telephones with a high degree of detail and accuracy
• Must maintain a friendly famous attitude regardless of how busy the position may get
