Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service
• Promote a positive work environment
• Work effectively with team members and communicate clearly
• Know the menu well to assist guests and suggest items
• Verify orders for accuracy, manage to-go orders, process transactions, and understand rewards program
• Check in with guests after food delivery to ensure satisfaction
• Follow marketing promotions and encourage survey participation
• Maintain a safe and clean environment following all safety standards
• Keep the dining area clean and organized
• Upsell menu items thoughtfully
