Responsibilities:

As a Food and Beverage Cashier, you will be responsible for totaling and processing guest food and beverage purchases, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial accuracy. Specific tasks include:

1. Greeting and acknowledging guests upon check-out
2. Processing payments accurately via point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and debit cards, making change, and processing gift certificates and cards
3. Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues, involving a supervisor if needed
4. Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
