Job summary

Campero USA Corp. is looking for a Front of House Team Member, Cashier, to guide guests through the menu, assist with orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 18+ age, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior frontline service experience is preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming new and repeat guests every visit

• Verify each guest order for accuracy, manage “to-go” orders, process POS transactions and follow cash handling procedures
• Operate cash register and must be able to count money and give change correctly
• Count register before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortage or overage
• Assist with front line food preparation procedures such as packaging and take orders to tables
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products
• Must be able to work with others and communicate effectively in a busy restaurant environment
• Follows and abides all safety rules, policies, and procedures
