What You'll Do:

• Engage with Guests: Be friendly, make eye contact, and ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
• Efficient Transactions: Scan items, process sales accurately, and handle cash with care.
• Bagging with Care: Bag items thoughtfully to maintain product condition during transit.
• Stay Informed: Know current promotions to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain Order: Keep your register area neat and stocked.
• Communication: Relay guest requests to leadership to ensure satisfaction.
• Quality Standards: Meet quality and quantity standards, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Teamwork: Support team needs and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Honor Commitments: Be punctual, attend regularly, and notify in case of absences.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage and serve guests effectively.
• Retail Experience: Experience with transactions, cash handling, and operating register equipment.
• Communication: Clear, effective communication with customers and team members.
• Accuracy: Precise reading, counting, and writing skills.
• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate necessary store equipment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical requirements include standing for long periods, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and manual dexterity. Ability to lift boxes and merchandise, and work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
