Providing excellent guest service is central to our mission. Whether greeting, answering questions, or addressing concerns, you'll handle each interaction professionally and with care. Your willingness to assist guests will make a positive impact daily.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Engage with Guests: Engage in friendly conversations, make eye contact, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Efficient Transactions: Scan items, process sales efficiently, and handle monetary transactions carefully.
• Bagging with Care: Bag items thoughtfully to ensure products reach their destination in good condition.
• Stay Informed: Be aware of promotions and advertisements to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain Order: Keep your register station neat and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communication: Relay guest requests to leadership to ensure satisfaction.
• Quality Standards: Meet quality and quantity standards, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Teamwork: Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and notify management of absences.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with guests and provide outstanding service.
• Retail Experience: Experience with processing transactions and handling cash and media at registers.
• Communication: Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Accuracy: Ability to read, count, and write accurately for transactions.
• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate necessary equipment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands include standing for long periods, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling. Fine motor skills, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination are required. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule

The position offers flexible scheduling, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on your availability.
