Job summary

The Press Club Grill in Plantation, FL is hiring a Cashier to be the welcoming face of our bakery and cafe. You’ll greet guests, take orders, handle transactions, and help keep the bakery running smoothly every day.

Responsibilities include coffee preparation, basic food prep, assisting bakers, maintaining a clean workspace, and following safety procedures. This role offers flexible hours with opportunities for advancement and a friendly team culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver friendly, efficient service
• Run the register and handle food orders
• Assist with food prep (whipping and scooping cream cheese, chopping vegetables, prepping bagels)
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks
• Support bakers as needed (teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and kitchen area
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help open or close the store properly and securely
• Perform basic inventory counts and restocking tasks
