Job summary

The Press Club Grill in Plantation, FL is hiring a Barista to create memorable guest experiences. You will be the friendly face customers see first, greet patrons, and help keep the bakery running smoothly each day.

You will prepare espresso and coffee drinks, assist with food prep, restock supplies, and support bakers in a fast-paced shop. This role offers flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement.

• Greet customers warmly and deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Run the register and handle food orders.
• Assist with food prep (whipping and scooping cream cheese, chopping vegetables, prepping bagels).
• Prepare and serve espresso and coffee drinks following store recipes.
• Operate, clean, and restock espresso/coffee equipment and supplies.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies as needed.
• Support bakers as needed (teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and kitchen area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help open or close the store properly and securely.
• Perform basic inventory counts and restocking tasks.
