Trevor's is seeking enthusiastic Cashiers to join our team. We value individuals passionate about selling, relationship building, and most importantly, spirits, wine, or cigars. As a Cashier, you will assist customers in making selections, answer questions regarding products, and ensure the store is organized. You will build relationships with customers, process transactions, maintain floor merchandise and inventory standards, and ensure customers leave with a positive experience.

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting each customer as they enter the store.
2. Establish relationships with customers while informing them about our products, services, and pricing.
3. Resolve customer issues and answer questions effectively.
4. Assist customers on the sales floor as needed.
5. Process payments by accepting cash, check, or card, and make change for cash transactions.
6. Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
7. Maintain checkout operations by following policies and reporting any issues to management.
8. Assist with stocking and maintaining inventory levels; communicate inventory concerns to leadership.
9. Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stockroom, bathroom, etc.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly and courteous attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as required by business needs.
