Job summary

Buona is looking for a Front of House Guest Service Associate in Lakemoor, IL. You will greet guests, learn cashier and drive-thru roles, record orders, and ensure payments are processed accurately. You will also serve food to meet quality standards while keeping the workspace clean and sanitary.

Responsibilities include cashier tasks, expediter duties, coordination with kitchen and servers, and assisting with take-out orders, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude.

• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned
