We are seeking a reliable and friendly cashier to join our team at a fast-paced, high-volume family entertainment center. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing the cash register, and providing excellent customer service to all guests. Additionally, you will take orders, prepare food, and ensure the restaurant remains clean and organized. The position includes commissions based on sales of race packages and tips when assigned to the Paddock lounge.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process orders through the cash register
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain records of transactions and reconcile the register
• Take orders, prepare food, and deliver promptly
• Keep the paddock lounge clean and stocked
• Coordinate and schedule races efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promote specials
• Promote and sell race packages for commissions
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Bend, stoop, and reach as needed

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in cash handling or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to obtain Food Handlers and Alcohol Handlers Certificates post-hire
