Overview

The primary focus of this position is to provide exceptional guest service by operating a cash register and assisting guests with a “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude. Responsibilities include scanning, ringing, or entering customer merchandise, collecting payment, delivering change, bagging, and addressing customer questions or concerns.

Responsibilities

1. Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods and maintaining cash drawer security.
2. Scan or ring up items, identify department numbers, UPCs, weights, and handle non-scannable items.
3. Assist guests with locating merchandise, answering questions, and bagging items carefully.
