What We’re Looking For:

Meet and greet customers at the dealership, answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and handle cash transactions from customers and employees for goods and services, recording amounts accurately. Perform additional clerical functions as assigned.

Job Duties:

• Meet and greet customers
• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient with all customers and employees
• Calculate customer bills using the dealership’s computer system
• Receive and record cash, checks, and credit card payments; make change and issue receipts, ensuring repair orders are signed at payment
• Verify and record totals of transactions, reconcile cash and payments at shift end
• Collaborate with department managers on products, services, and pricing changes
• Refer customer questions to service advisors or appropriate staff
• Handle customer complaints professionally or refer them to the right individual

Qualifications:

• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication and high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple calls
• High school diploma or GED required
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance
