Job description

Full time position Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 at a major GM Dealership. This candidate must have excellent customer service experience working with our customers cashiering for Service, Parts and Body Shop. Also have a good knowledge of accounting and data entry. Will also be our full-time title clerk performing the following duties: Process all vehicles for registration (new and used) in the correct state, prepare tax documents and title documents, verify funds before processing title applications, check for errors in applications, bill dealer trades, prepare Certificates of Origin, maintain a list of outstanding title work, raise any concerns to management, sign over titles for wholesalers, keep up to date with all new title regulations and work closely with our F&I department on paperwork.
