Messa Sync is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Cashier to join our retail operations team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using a POS system
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area
- Handle returns and exchanges following company policies
- Count cash in drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy
- Support store staff with basic operational tasks as needed
- Follow all company procedures and safety standards

- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
