Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern Michigan is seeking a Cashier to greet customers and operate the POS with accuracy and speed. You will respond to phone inquiries while delivering world-class service and help train new team members.

The role emphasizes maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, handling merchandise safely, and supporting a positive shopping environment. This position is full-time with benefits and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Retail experience preferred
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
