Job summary

Brand Enhance Hospitality in Irvine, CA, is seeking a friendly parking attendant to greet guests, operate the Flash Parking POS, and help keep the driveway and key room area organized. This role supports guest services and ensures smooth operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will handle transactions, cash banking, rental items, and provide guest directions, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction. 1+ year of customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with no marks on record.
• Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all hotel guests and visitors as they approach the key room/podium.
• Manage the Flash Parking (POS) system.
• Process all transactions with guests using POS system and posting to the hotel POS system, as needed.
• Manage cash bank, ensuring accurate counts at beginning and end of every shift.
• Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.), ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver.
• Assist all guests and visitors with property directions.
• Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area).
