Job summary

Zaxby's SPE Franchisor LLC is hiring a friendly cashier in High Point, NC. You will greet guests, explain menu items, and take orders accurately while handling payments and giving change. You will operate the POS system, present orders with care, and help stock and prep drinks to keep service flowing smoothly.

• Operate the cash register and assist in keeping dining areas clean.

Responsibilities

• Take customers' orders at the counter or on tablets.
• Present completed orders with all items and receipts.
• Stock supplies behind the counter and in dining area as needed.
• Prep drinks and assist in kitchen to maintain smooth operation.
• Care for guests by maintaining cleanliness, including restrooms.

Extend a warm and friendly greeting to ALL guests.

Explain menu items and answer product questions as raised by guests.

Take guests orders accurately.

Accept payment from guests and make change correctly.

Operate the cash register and be responsible for cash receipts.

Take orders outside on tablets.

Present orders to guests properly with all necessary items.

Thank each guest for their business.

Stock adequate supplies behind counter and in dining area.

Prep drinks and assist in kitchen as needed to continue smooth flow of the operation.

Clean all guest areas including restrooms.

Remove trash from the receptacles and place at rear of building.
