Competitive Pay

Hourly Positions:
- Florida: $15 - $18 per hour (varies by experience and location)
- Other Southeastern Markets: $13- $16 per hour (varies by experience and location)

Essential Duties (may include but not limited to):

• Answer incoming calls
• Work cooperatively with all other staff
• Take food orders
• Bag all orders and ensure accuracy of the order and that all condiments and utensils are included
• Interact with guests in a positive friendly manner
• Assist with packing of catering orders
• Use Point of Sale system
• Take orders via drive-thru window
• Handle curbside orders
• Assist with restocking items
• Clean and maintain work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements:

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Remain calm under pressure
• Dependable with a flexible schedule
• Complete ongoing training or certifications as required

Skills and Experience:

• Experience/training in restaurant industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds
• Exposure to wet/humid conditions and cleaning chemicals; frequent hand washing

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Demands & Environment:

• Stand for prolonged periods
• Handle products, cash, POS equipment
• Effective communication with team members
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment with movement and interaction
• Lift/move up to 10 pounds frequently
• Work near moving mechanical parts and with cleaning chemicals
