Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate in Crown Point, IN. You will greet guests, take orders, record payments, and learn cashier, expediter, and drive-thru duties while serving food to high quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean workspace. Must have a Food Handler certificate, stand for long periods, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

From $13.50 per hour - $15.50 per hour ; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned
