Job summary

Beyond Catering is hiring a Front of House Guest Service Associate in Flossmoor, IL. You will learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties, greet guests, record orders accurately, and take payments while delivering high-quality, sanitary service.

As part of the role, you will perform cashier tasks, expedite orders with the kitchen and servers, assist with take-out orders, and ensure timely, proper food service. Must obtain a Food Handler certificate and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range:

From $15 - $17; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned
