Job summary

The Buona Companies in Illinois are hiring a Front of House Guest Service Associate to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru roles. You will greet guests, record orders, and take payments while delivering high-quality food and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: Greet guests, record orders, take payment, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Expediter/Server: Recognize presented food, ensure proper preparation, and coordinate with kitchen and servers.
• Assist with take-out/phone orders and serve food promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout workspace.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisor.

From $15 per hour - $17 per hour ; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned
