The Buona Companies in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate to greet guests, take orders, and process payments while learning cashier, expediter and drive-thru roles.

You will deliver high‑quality meals, maintain a clean workspace, and work with the team to ensure fast, friendly service. This role offers tips and hourly compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment.
• Learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions and work with the team to deliver outstanding service.

• Coordinate with kitchen and servers and assist with take-out/phone orders.

From $15 per hour - $17 per hour ; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned
