Qualifications

• Responsibilities:

• Deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the guests at the work location.
• Use computer systems to input order information.
• Be guest-sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of the dining experience at proper times (Drinks, Food, Dessert).
• Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours.
• Maintain good balance, bend, kneel, and lift bus-tubs and trays weighing up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Wipe down tabletops, booth seats, and pick up debris to maintain cleanliness.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift.
• Follow proper uniform standards. Opportunity to cross-train into multiple positions (Server, Host, Catering, etc.).
