Responsibilities:

1. Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently at check lanes.
2. Understand and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling various tenders and adhering to company policies on cash shortages and restricted sale items.
3. Report pricing discrepancies and follow policies on postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
4. Stay updated on current and upcoming promotions and adhere to food safety and safety procedures.
5. Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing assistance.
6. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
7. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
8. Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
