• As a Cashier at El Car Wash, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while managing cash transactions, handling customer inquiries, and supporting overall operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and restrooms, tracking inventory, and assisting in restocking as necessary. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to meet sales goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a positive experience for our customers and enhancing the overall success of the business.
• Accurately process customer transactions, manage cash and credit card payments, and ensure all sales are recorded correctly.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the services offered, including pricing and promotions, to answer customer questions and make appropriate recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the car wash.
• Assist with preparing marketing materials and customer amenities.
• Build rapport with customers, upsell memberships, and encourage loyalty to the brand.
• Keep the lobby, bathrooms, and cashier area tidy and organized, providing a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Track inventory of supplies and equipment, restocking as needed, and informing management when supplies are low.
• Knowledge of scanning documents and email communication to handle customer inquiries and process transactions.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer questions, take messages, and direct calls as necessary.
• Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction with services, collect feedback, and encourage repeat business.
• Assist Site Manager with Administrative Tasks
