Job summary

Ms Clucks Deluxe in Boston is seeking a polished Cashier to guide guests through a refined dining experience. You will deliver warm, attentive service, ensure orders are accurate, and navigate our beverage and food menus with confidence.

The role requires availability nights, weekends and holidays, standing for long shifts, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Experience in upscale dining is preferred, Toast POS is used, and guest connections are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale or fine dining service (preferred).
• Knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and hospitality.
• Polished, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple tables in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, attentive, and meaningful connection with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Ensure every order is accurate and thoughtfully delivered
• Confidently navigate our food, wine, beer, and cocktail menus
• Offer informed recommendations and beverage pairings
• Use Toast POS efficiently and consistently
• Execute refined steps of service, including proper glassware and plate presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room throughout service
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
• Communicate proactive with management regarding guest feedback
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Additional duties as required.
