Job summary

Ms Clucks in Boston is seeking a polished Cashier for upscale dining service. You will guide guests through an elevated experience, manage multiple tables, and contribute to a warm, efficient dining room. Requirements include experience in upscale dining, passion for food and hospitality, and availability nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale or fine dining service.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and hospitality.
• Polished, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple tables in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, attentive, and meaningful connection with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Ensure every order is accurate and thoughtfully delivered
• Confidently navigate our food, wine, beer, and cocktail menus
• Offer informed recommendations and beverage pairings
• Use Toast POS efficiently and consistently
• Execute refined steps of service, including proper glassware and plate presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room throughout service
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
• Communicate proactively with management regarding guest feedback
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Additional duties as required.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays??


• Able to stand for the entirety of an 8+ hour shift, lift and transport items in excess of 50lbs, kneel, bend, lift items above head, and work in small or cramped spaces.
