Job summary

The Buona Companies in Wheeling Township, IL is actively hiring a Front of House Guest Service Associate to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties. You will greet guests, take orders, and handle payment while ensuring food meets high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, expediter tasks, and coordinating with kitchen and servers to deliver fast, accurate service. Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and contribute to take-out and drive-thru orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, record orders, and take payment as a Cashier.
• Learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties as part of front-of-house roles.
• Serve food meeting high-quality standards and maintain a clean workspace.
• Coordinate with kitchen and servers to ensure timely service.
• Assist with take-out/phone orders and drive-thru operations.
• Clean and sanitize as needed and maintain safety standards.

From $15 per hour - $17 per hour ; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:
