Job summary

The Gyro Shack in Boise, Idaho seeks a friendly cashier team member to handle orders and ring up transactions at the front counter. You will greet guests, input orders, assist with drive-thru, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

You will maintain a clean front area, restock supplies, monitor orders for timely delivery, and provide exceptional guest service under pressure while upholding company standards and personal hygiene.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Up-sell menu items
• Listen to and resolve guest complaints, suggestions and inquiries.
• Keep the counter and dining area neat and clean.
• Sweep and mop the floor regularly.
• Restock supplies.
• Take money from guest and provide correct change.
• Process credit card transactions
• Keep track of a cash drawer and ensure it is balanced at the end of the shift.
