Job summary

Six Flags Over Georgia in Austell, GA is seeking a friendly retail associate to assist Guests with merchandise and park equipment purchases throughout the park. You will operate a cash register, deliver a positive guest experience, and enforce park policies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include selling merchandise, stocking displays, maintaining a clean sales area, and providing accurate change and polite service.

Qualifications

• Cash handling may require math competence.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operatingcash register with reasonable accuracy and efficiency
• Performingsales and customer service functions
• Maintaining an image ofneat, friendly, and pleasant
• Maintaininga clean and safe sales area and work environment
• Communicatingeffectively withlead orsupervisor
• Stockingbins, shelves, and displays with merchandise
• Enforcing all Six Flags policies
• Assisting in other areas of the Retail Merchandising Department
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Pay Rate: $8-10.50/hr.

Qualifications

• Cash handling departments may be required to pass a math test
• Good communication skills/ reading and writing skills
• Ability to learn toeffective and accurate use of a cash register
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
