Our Tellers process cash deposits and provide change fulfillment services while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service for all our customers. The Teller values not only the work completed but also how it is performed. This position is based at a cash processing center in the Cinnaminson area, not at a branch office, allowing focused work.

Major Responsibilities Include:

• Represent Empyreal as a customer service professional.
• Maintain positive, friendly, and professional communication with customers, co-workers, and management via various channels.
• Operate cash processing equipment safely and keep it in good condition.
• Accurately count and log client deposits into our software system.
• Use handheld electronic devices to scan and track deposits.
• Prepare currency and coin orders.
• Ensure accurate counting and tracking of vault assets.
• Protect all negotiables and confidential records.
• Notify supervisors of any delays, issues, or concerns promptly.
• Keep the teller processing area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Use a PC with keyboard, barcode scanner, cash processor, coin sorter, calculator, copier, scanner, fax, telephone, printer, and other equipment as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain continuous hours of standing or sitting.
• Frequently stand, walk, sit, handle objects, reach, talk, and hear; occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in teller, vault teller, cage cashier, or similar cash handling roles preferred.
• Accuracy and good math skills.
• Ability to use a computer and cash processing equipment.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds with assistance.
• Professional, courteous, and helpful attitude.
• Trustworthiness and integrity are essential.
