Job Title: Client Service Associate (Teller) - Retail Support

Our Retail Support team plays a crucial role in the daily operations of our branches across Zions Bank. This department comprises traveling tellers and bankers who support branches in cases of absenteeism, providing a broad skill set in banking fundamentals and networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches in achieving strategic objectives aligned with Zions Bank’s vision.

Minimum pay is $17 an hour.

Responsibilities:
  1. Accurately process debit and credit transactions in accordance with policies and procedures, maintaining proper balancing records.
  2. Assist clients by providing services such as opening accounts, issuing checks, account maintenance, ATM card issuance/activation, money transfers, check ordering, and loan payment processing.
  3. Resolve client issues directly or by referring to appropriate branch or bank resources.
  4. Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products based on client needs.
  5. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  6. Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with experience in cashiering, customer service, or balancing.
  • Basic knowledge of math, banking products, and services.
  • Strong balancing and customer service skills, with ability to cross-sell products.
  • Experience in sales of banking products preferred.
Locations:
  • Supports a geographical area with mileage reimbursements for travel over 25 miles round trip.
  • Primarily supports branches in Davis County and Downtown Salt Lake, with occasional coverage in Weber County, Draper/Riverton, Park City, Tooele, and Magna.
