Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior operations leader to manage and coordinate activities across assigned areas. You will guide teams, ensure quality service, and drive improvements while upholding corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of operational functions, systems and procedures.
• Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Supervisory and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates operational activities for assigned areas.
• Ensures quality service and effective operations support for internal and external customers.
• Leads high performance teams by setting goals and providing ongoing feedback.
• Oversees adherence to policies and compliance with laws within area of responsibility.
• Participates in review and improvement of operational systems and procedures.
