Job summary

NVR, Inc. is seeking a Cash Manager in Reston, VA to lead cash management, banking relations, and treasury operations. This role focuses on liquidity, EFT oversight, and strengthening controls across the treasury function.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and help develop the Senior Treasury Analysts within a stable, growth-oriented homebuilding group. Candidate should have 3+ years in corporate treasury or related finance functions, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in finance, accounting, or business.
• Strong knowledge of cash positioning, electronic payments, and bank services.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data, resolve issues, and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash management and liquidity planning.
• Oversee electronic funds transfers and payment templates per policy.
• Manage banking relationships and review bank service charges and invoices.
• Maintain and test treasury continuity plans; develop team members.
